Cashing a Government of Canada cheque
Did you know:
that you can cash a Government of Canada cheque for free, and
that you can cash a Government of Canada cheque at a bank where you are not a customer, as long as:
- the cheque is for $1,500 or less, and
- you show acceptable identification.
