Complaint-handling process search tool

You can find the complaint-handling process for your federally regulated financial entity by searching below. Simply type in the name—or part of the name—of the federally regulated financial entity, and click on the “Search” button. You must follow the steps of the complaint-handling process in the order in which they are listed.

Note: The search tool uses the legal name of the federally regulated financial entity, which can sometimes be different from the common name you are familiar with. For example, the legal name of TD Canada Trust is The Toronto-Dominion Bank, and the legal name of Scotiabank is The Bank of Nova Scotia.

    OR

  3. Search by only part of the name of the entity. For example, “Scotia” or “Montreal.”
